One of the most difficult things about running your own business is the many hats you need to wear. 

IT Specialist, Finance Manager, Website Manager, HR Manager, Social Media Manager…yet all you want to do, is do the thing you set up your business to do. 

It’s exhausting – as a fellow business owner – I know!

That’s where I come in. 

With more than 25 years HR Experience as well as 8 years Coaching and Mentoring experience, my unique blend of support covers the legal bits but adds practical action to resolve the issue. I specialise in providing common sense solutions to small businesses.
