Confident Managers Programme
The programme runs over 11 sessions and combines group training with individual coaching. We focus on areas such as Communication, Performance and Absence. We look at the policy and process then discuss how the situation could be handled. The aim is to raise the managers awareness of their management style then to raise their awareness of policies and the confidence to handle situations with their staff.
Rising Stars: The first 90 days
Rising Stars: The first 90 days helps staff to quickly adapt to a new role and culture so that they embrace the new challenge and become a loyal member of the company. The programme was developed in response to the challenges of the post pandemic workplace where so many have left and been replaced by younger staff, who don’t have the same experience or approach to work.
I believe it is encouraging Managers to have honest conversations with their staff. This leads to a number of costly problems – poor performance, erratic attendance or the dreaded all-out conflict.
I successfully coach Managers to enable them to stop, rectify and circumvent the escalation of issues. More importantly this can avoid the Business being faced with costly legal fees and settlement payments.
